We have a Claims Manager who will assist you in tracking your claim. A fair quick and accurate settlement of your claim is our goal. To email our Claims Manager, simply click on the name.

If you wish to make a claim, please select the proper form from the menu on
the left. Simply print, complete and fax this form with your claim information to 
at 504-883-4100. 

When reporting a claim, you should have your policy number on hand.  There should be information included with your policy with a phone number and/or instructions on what to do to report a claim. 

Below is a list of phone numbers for our more frequently used companies so you can contact them directly for claim reporting.  If the phone number for your company is not included on this list, please contact the Claims department at our office, 504-883-4111 ext. 245.

In the case of impending disaster, we suggest you print this page as a reference to keep in your possession for filing a claim by clicking the button below. If you are not able to get through to your insurance company directly, you can contact our office. We will be open as soon as the danger has passed.

Your policy authorizes temporary repair to prevent further damage. Please document all damage prior to repair with photos and/or receipts.
