Aparicio, Walker and Seeling, Inc. was formed in 1987 and is directed by its owners Albert Aparicio, Jr., CIC, CRM; Terrence E. Walker, CIC and Frank E. (Buddy) Seeling, CIC. A well-trained staff of 30 personal and business Customer Account Managers assists them as well as 8 Account Executives.

We serve the state of Louisiana through our suburban Metairie and Covington locations, providing Property, Liability, Life, Bonds and Group insurance to Louisiana clients with national and international interests.

began his insurance career in 1967. He attended LSU and Tulane, and holds the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (1981) and Certified Risk Manager (2002). He is the past National Director for the Professional Insurance Agents of LA as well as past Southern Regional Chairman for PACER, the CNA agent’s advisory council. Al is also a Board member of the Kenner North Kiwanis Club and Maison Hospitaliere Nursing Home.

is a native New Orleanian who received a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1964 and has been in the insurance industry since 1978. He holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and is a member of PIA (Professional Insurance Agents of LA). Terry has served as the Chairman for the CNA agent’s advisory council and is past President of the Fontainbleau Improvement Association.

attended Tulane University on an athletic scholarship (football), graduating in 1978 with a BBS in Business. He started his insurance career with New York Life, spending 2 1/2 years as an apprentice field underwriter. In 1980, he began his property and casualty career and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation. He is Past Chairman of the CNA Agents Advisory Council and is also a past member of AMS' Agents Advisory. Buddy is currently a Board member of the Fore! Kids Foundation as well as a member of the Woodlake Civic Association. He is Past President and a current member of both the Greater New Orleans Executives Association and the Archbishop Rummel Alumni Association. Buddy is also a Past Board member of the Office Building Association.
